All athletes and coaches are required to sign an online participant waiver of liability. The link to the waiver will be provided once your team is registered.

Protective Gear
To promote the safety of all participating athletes, the ENDZONE 7on7 Tournament requires soft-shell helmets to be worn by all players. Each player is responsible for bringing their own choice of headgear.
